Event

GCW Dead on Arrival, Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, Pop's Nightclub and Concert Venue, Sauget, Illinois. It aired live on TrillerTV+, per Fightful. Eight matches are listed in Fightful's results. The show started at 9 PM ET, per Cageside Seats' preview.

Results

Match order follows Fightful's list. Pro Wrestling.net numbers the Janela match fifth and the title match sixth, which agrees with that order.

Match notes

Orso and Stackhouse vs. Vipress and Bayne. Bayne stepped into this match. Pro Wrestling.net says Gabby Forza, who was advertised with Vipress, was not at the show, and Bayne was moved over from her planned match with Slade. Bayne had the best of the middle of the match, with a running Claymore Kick on Stackhouse, an F5 on Orso and a spear on Stackhouse. Vipress hit a Canadian Destroyer on Orso on the apron. The finish came when Orso struck Vipress with a weapon and Stackhouse hit a piledriver for the pin. Fightful calls the belts the GCW World Tag Team Championships, and Pro Wrestling.net calls them the GCW Tag Team Titles. We treat them as the same belts.

Janela vs. Underwood. Janela's knee gave out after a moonsault, and Underwood went after it with a half-crab. Ryan O'Neill pulled the referee out of the ring while Underwood had a visual pin, and Janela then hit a package piledriver. He rolled Underwood up and leaned back to grab the ropes for the win, per Pro Wrestling.net.

Opener. Cageside Seats' preview listed Marcus Mathers with Bustah and The Brain. Fightful lists Jeffrey John in that spot. We do not know why.

What we could not reconcile

Cageside Seats listed Shotzi Blackheart against Nixi XS, and Pro Wrestling.net's headline names that match. Fightful's list has Nixi XS in a four-way won by Haley J, and does not list a Shotzi match. We are not sure what happened to the Shotzi match, so we have left it out of the table. We also could not find where the planned Slade match ended up.

What is next

We did not find a GCW announcement of its next show or of a tag title defense in the reports we used.
