Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we fix it in the open.
What we do when we find an error
- We fix the story.
- We add a dated note directly above the Sources section that says what was wrong and what is right.
- We list the correction on this page.
- If the error changed the point of the story, we say so at the top and update the label if needed.
We do not delete a story to hide a mistake. We do not change a story without saying so.
What a correction note looks like
Each note starts with the word "Correction" and the date and time. It says what the story said and what is right.
Report a mistake
Send us the story link, what is wrong and, if you can, a link that shows the right answer. Write to hello@wrestlingnews.com with "Correction" in the subject line. We aim to read every message.
