Chad Gable says he will win back the WWE Intercontinental Championship from Ethan Page. He said so in an Instagram Q&A reel, which Fightful (Ishaan Sharma) quoted on Friday, Nov. 6.
What Gable said
"...Besides losing my Intercontinental Championship, it's been an incredible trip. But we will address that. We will get that back and taken care of. You have my word."
On his plans for the coming days, Gable said: "So we got one more big show tonight in Bangor, Maine. It's home for a day and then off to Monday Night Raw, start chasing down my championship again." We have not seen the reel itself, only Fightful's transcript of it.
How he lost it
Page pinned Gable with the Ego-Plex in 18:20 on the Nov. 2 Raw in Brooklyn to win his first main roster title. Gable had held the title for 92 days after winning it at SummerSlam, per Fightful. See our Raw results story.
What to watch
WWE has not announced a match for next Monday's Raw. Fightful's results for the Nov. 5 live event in Portland, Maine, list Page retaining against Dominik Mysterio and Gable. That is a house show result, not television.
