What is being reported
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported, in a post quoted by WrestleZone and Fightful, that his AEW contract "runs into December." The wording says "it is believed," which means the outlet is not stating it as a fact. eWrestling reports the same source also said WWE sees him as a fit for the main roster and AAA, and that there is support in the locker room. We could not read the paywalled original.
Separate reporting on the contract has come from Bryan Alvarez, who said AEW added time to Dralistico's deal because of an injury absence, per WrestleZone. Dave Meltzer reported that AEW planned to offer him a new deal, per WrestleZone.
What we know for certain
- Dralistico is a member of La Faccion Ingobernable in AEW and the older brother of WWE's Dragon Lee, per WrestleZone.
- On Oct. 19 he posted an image of himself behind bars with the caption "Maybe not for long?" The post did not say he is leaving, and ewrestling says it is believed to relate to visa issues.
- His last reported match was a June 6 Collision taping, per WrestleZone.
- We have not seen a statement from WWE or AEW about his contract.
What would confirm or kill it
An announcement from AEW of a new deal would end the story. A WWE announcement, or a credible report of an offer or signing, would confirm it. If it is confirmed, we will relabel this story and change the headline.
