Major League Wrestling's Saturday Night SuperFight is Saturday, Nov. 7, at Cicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois, near Chicago. MLW says the pay-per-view starts at 8 PM ET and streams live on Veeps. The company says the building is sold out. The card changed again on Thursday's Fusion, Nov. 5.
The card as listed
- MLW World Heavyweight Championship, Last Man Standing: Killer Kross (c) vs. Josh Bishop
- Yota Tsuji (NJPW) makes his MLW debut vs. Trevor Lee
- Tessa Blanchard vs. Keyra, Blanchard's MLW debut
- Masha Slamovich vs. ZAMAYA
- Black Tiger and Ultimo Guerrero vs. Templario and Titan
PWInsider's updated lineup lists the Kross, Tsuji, Slamovich and tag matches. Fightful lists the Blanchard match and the tag match.
How the title match came about
The Fight Book's recap of Fusion says league officials approved Bishop's rematch against Kross on Thursday's show, and that the match will be Last Man Standing, where a win comes from keeping the opponent down for a count of 10. The recap says it follows an earlier No Holds Barred title match between the two.
One change to know about
MLW announced earlier that Titan, Ultimo Guerrero and Templario would meet in a three-way. Fightful reports that after Fusion on Nov. 5 the match became a tag match, Templario and Titan against Black Tiger and Guerrero. PWInsider lists the same tag match. We did not find an MLW statement on the change.
Tsuji's match
OutKick has reported that Tsuji vs. Lee is a non-title match. Tsuji is NJPW's IWGP Heavyweight Champion. We looked at the trip in a separate opinion piece.
What to watch
More matches could be added before Saturday. MLW lists its show start as 8 PM ET.
