WWE is also looking towards the independent circuit in order to sign more talented wrestlers. It seems the company is interested in an independent wrestler by the name of Alex Zayne. He will be ending up his time in the indies very soon.
According to a report by Fightful, WWE is currently interested in signing Alex Zayne. However, it was not confirmed whether he has signed a contract or not.
Zayne certainly impressed fans when he competed in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He participated in the NJPW Strong event. As reported earlier, WWE is reaching out to wrestlers who wrestled in NJPW Strong.
Zayne has competed in several promotions in the indies. This includes GCW, Warrior Wrestling, and Black Label Pro. He also had a couple of matches in ROH.
He has been wrestling for 15 years. However, according to Cagematch, he was inactive from 2008-2012. He also took a break of two years from the ring and made his return in 2016. Since then he has been very active in the professional wrestling scene.
