We’ve had the same Keith Lee vs. Randy Orton match multiple times. Now, Drew McIntyre will face Lee. Why can’t WWE give Lee his own program?
Much has been written about Keith Lee’s debut on Raw but the bottom line is it was not well planned out. WWE has been on the other end of Lee’s push since it started and that is why he is the “third wheel” in Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre. The hope is he will eventually challenge for the title and Orton did put him over. There have definitely been highs and lows to Lee on Raw but I am willing to see how it pans out before passing judgment. So far, it Lee seems forced and awkward in the middle of a WWE Championship program.
Why did WWE change Keith Lee’s music in the first place?
Keith Lee’s NXT theme was a CFO$ theme and WWE no longer has a relationship with them. WWE has been urging talent to pick new theme music and while the rumor was Lee signed off on the change, he contradicted that when he told fans music was out of his hands.
What is the reaction of Dominik Mysterio backstage in WWE?
Dominik Mysterio is impressing a lot of people backstage in WWE. Recently, we got to see firsthand Vince McMahon’s reaction to Dominik’s match at SummerSlam, where he told him very few people can draw the kind of reaction he drew, no matter how long they have been in the business. Vince concluded by stating he should be very, very proud. It has earned Dominik more TV time and so far he has impressed.
Is there any chance Brock Lesnar signs with AEW?
All Elite Wrestling can obviously afford Brock Lesnar. As reported here on WrestlingNews.com Insider, Tony Khan has been eager to make an offer. However, there are numerous problems. Lesnar is not going to want to work a full-time schedule. He wants $5 million a year for a couple matches and promotional appearances leading into those matches. That is a lot to ask for a company not yet established. What exactly would the payoff be? The most logical scenario is Brock Lesnar returns to WWE for WrestleMania 37 next year in a match against Roman Reigns.
