How true to you think rumors are that Vince McMahon has given up on NXT as a whole?
I would take the rumor with a grain of salt. Vince McMahon has never been hands on with NXT. Yes there was no mention of it being part of Survivor Series but that could easily be explained due to COVID-19 protocols. Even if not, it would be a complete exaggeration to say Vince has given up on the brand as a whole. Especially just because AEW Dynamite has outperformed it in viewership. There is a tremendous anti-WWE/pro-AEW bias amongst IWC writers and quite frankly, it’s embarrassing.
How long will Sasha Banks hold the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship? She is known for short title reigns.
This is a good question and I was surprised WWE took the belt off Bayley in her first real title defense against Sasha Banks. This program was built for months so I felt like they gave away a lot by having the title change hands at Hell in a Cell. Expect Bayley to remain in the hunt and as you mentioned, don’t be surprised if Banks drops it sooner than anyone thinks.
Will The Miz be successful in cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase?
I do not see any way possible The Miz successfully holds either the WWE or Universal Championship right now. He has been jobbed out for months with this awkward program with Otis just being a sidebar to some painful segments. If we are talking about Vince McMahon disowning things, how about the Money in the Bank briefcase?
Is there any backstage heat on Roman Reigns?
Not that I know of. Roman Reigns is like the majority of top tier talent in that there are people who like him and people who don’t. The argument can be made some of his detractors are envious of his position. His work with Jey Uso has received high marks from fans, colleagues and WWE management.
