Undertaker’s Future Revealed, Updated WrestleMania 37 Plans, Why WWE Changed Riddle, Brock Lesnar

Do you truly believe Survivor Series is the last time we see The Undertaker?

The more The Undertaker talks, the more I believe he truly is finished wrestling. However, as we all know, it does not take much to get someone in the wrestling business agree to work again. In Undertaker’s case, I truly believe it is time to call it a career. There have been times over the years where I felt he hung on too long and the Boneyard Match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36 was a great opportunity to go out. We all would like to see Undertaker go out in front of fans but it is the currently reality we live in. I do not expect Survivor Series to be Undertaker’s final appearance on WWE television although the company is going to make it special by booking Savio Vega, Kane, The Godfather and possibly others.

Do you think WrestleMania 37 will include fans next year? Also, has WWE officially announced the venue change from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California to to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida?

Vince McMahon wants WrestleMania 37 to include fans even if it means pushing the show back from its scheduled date of March 28, 2021. The problem is the COVID-19 pandemic is raging across the world and there is a lot of uncertainty regarding WWE’s biggest show of the year. WWE has not announced a venue change but if all goes according to plan, the show will emanate from Tampa and not Inglewood.

Why did WWE change Matt Riddle’s name to just Riddle?

Riddle’s name was changed for a couple of reasons. For one, Riddle has been accused of sexual assault (an internal investigation by WWE cleared him of wrongdoing) and is also engaged in a lawsuit over it. WWE is also listed in the suit. Vince McMahon did not want fans searching “Matt Riddle” only to pull up results of all the negative headlines. Further, Vince is high up on him and sees Riddle as a different direction. WWE often tweaks character names for marketing purposes and shortening them is one of those ways. Other examples include Big E Langston to Big E or Alexander Rusev to Rusev.

Is Brock Lesnar really finished with WWE for good?

I truly believe Brock Lesnar will be back in WWE when there is an opportunity to use him. That time is not in the middle of a pandemic when there is no live audience.
