The Original Bro may be leaving NXT soon.
A new report stemming from F4WOnline.com suggests that Matt Riddle is bound for Raw or SmackDown soon. If true, this would explain the sudden decision for Riddle and Timothy Thatcher to drop the NXT Tag Team Championship and quickly rival each other.
As noted, Riddle and Thatcher will clash in a Cage Match on Wednesday’s NXT with WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle as the special guest referee.
Riddle signed with WWE in 2018 and recently won the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic before capturing the NXT Tag Team Championship alongside Pete Dunne.
