Ric Flair Says His Wife Has COVID-19, Denies He Has It

Ric Flair’s wife, Wendy Barlow, has COVID-19 and is “very ill,” according to a report by The New York Post.

Barlow is familiar to professional wrestling fans as former WCW star Fifi The Maid.

The Post’s report features a photo of Flair without a mask on at a Starbucks drive-through [in his car] on Friday in Georgia. A source tells the publication Flair tested positive for the virus on Wednesday and is mostly asymptomatic, aside from some coughing. However, Flair denies he has it.

“That is absolutely incorrect,” Flair told The Post. “My wife does [have the virus]… we live in a 5,000 square foot home. I live in the basement. She lives upstairs on the third floor and she got sick.”

Flair followed up his phone conversation with a text message to The Post, stating his “health is excellent.”
