John Morrison was squashed by WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman on last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Morrison returned to WWE in January after being gone since 2011. He had big singles wins against Big E and Kofi Kingston and went on to win the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship with The Miz. However, he has been used as little more an enhancement talent in recent months.
WWE NXT Superstar Karrion Kross tried to drum up the interest in Morrison, like we saw in the week prior after Naomi was squashed by Mandy Rose.
