WWE never fails to register trademarks that might benefit them in any manner. It might be a phrase or term that has been used on WWE television for a long time. It seems they have locked down a trademark for Randy Orton.
As reported by Heel By Nature, the company has finally locked down the trademark for the “Legend Killer” moniker on November 18th. Orton has used this moniker for many years during his career, especially when he would go after WWE legends.
Orton had revealed recently that he no longer considers himself as only a legend killer, but as a legend as well.
It was said that the company can use “Legend Killer” in “entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler.”
