Mustafa Ali is the leader of Retribution.
The faction returned to WWE Monday Night Raw on this week’s episode after being held off last week due to COVID-19 concerns. Ali was booked in a singles match against MVP. The match only went on for a couple of minutes before Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley joined MVP in the ring. The lights flickered and Retribution emerged. Ali instructed T-Bar and Mace to attack The Hurt Business.

Samoa Joe wondered how long Ali has been part of the faction. Byron Saxton suggested he has been the mastermind behind Retribution all along.
Ali debuted on Raw in July but had been reserved to WWE Main Event. The pairing in the faction fits his character arc, with Mick Foley going public with his disdain for Ali’s booking.
He continued to push the narrative into September that he could “do it all,” despite not being used on Raw.
