Updating a previous item, Dave Meltzer has confirmed that both WWE Monday Night RAW and WWE Friday Night SmackDown are going to have new sets along with weekly pyrotechnics.
WWE wants both shows have new looks, new sets, new camera angles, new themes, new graphics, new opens and obviously new announce teams. Meltzer speculates that WWE bringing back the pyros is one of the ways they can close the holes that AEW can exploit when trying to compete. Cost isn’t an issue at this point.
