The show opens with an update on John E. Bravo from Scott D’Amore. D’Amore tells Tommy Dreamer that Bravo is in a medically-induced coma. Dreamer will head up the investigation.
Knockouts Championship Match: Deonna Purrazzo def. Su Yung (c) by DQ. A tug of war over a chair ended in Deonna accidentally taking a chair shot to the gut, thus the match being thrown out with Yung retaining. These two will rematch at Turning Point on November 14 in a No DQ title rematch.
D’Amore tells Heath that he can sign his contract once he’s healthy.
Chris Bey def. Trey Miguel via pinfall.
Madison Rayne hosts Locker Room Talk with Jordynne Grace and Tenille Dashwood. Grace suggests her and Tenille could team up for the tag team tournament, but Tenille pitches teaming with Rayne, which she accepts. Grace is left puzzled.
Tommy Dreamer interrogates Brandon Tolle, Johnny Swinger, and Cody Deaner.
Rohit Raju is out for his Defeat Rohit challenge. TJP walks out, but Raju declines. A fight breaks out, ending with TJP holding up the X-Division Title. It’s later announced that if Raju retains against TJP next week, TJP can’t challenge Raju again for the title.
Chris Sabin issues a challenge to either Acey Romero and Larry D for a singles match next week.
Doc Gallows def. Ethan Page via pinfall. The tag teams break out into a brawl after.
Swoggle and Brian Myers get into during a backstage interview. It seems Swoggle is back in Impact for the time being.
Johnny Swinger def. Cody Deaner via pinfall after using Cody’s fanny pack against him.
Moose is out for a promo and has a new-found confidence following BFG. He says Rich Swann’s title is second to his, and he’ll deal with that after handling Willie Mack. Mack runs out for a brawl. Moose chokes Mack out with camera cables.
Backstage, Chris Bey tells Rich Swann he wants a title match.
Dreamer continues his investigation by talking to Father James Mitchell and Taya Valkyrie.
Sami Callihan & Eric Young def. Eddie Edwards & Rich Swann via pinfall with Sami going over Eddie thanks to a Ken Shamrock distraction.
