Independent wrestling stand-out Eddie Kingston made his AEW Dynamite debut by challenging Cody for the TNT Championship in a no disqualification match. Despite the surprise appearance and overwhelming response on social media, Kingston came up short in this week’s opening bout.
Eddie Kingston is an 18-year in-ring veteran with time spent in several promotions including EVOLVE, Impact Wrestling, Ring of Honor, NWA, and many more. You can listen to his post-match interview in the video player above.
AEW has not signed Kingston as of this writing, but he’s ready to keep fighting if he is brought back.
