Chris Jericho revealed on last night’s episode of Saturday Night Special it was an “NXT reject” who spoiled Eric Bischoff’s appearance on AEW Dynamite.
As we reported here on WrestlingNews.com, Reddit user SpaceForce1 announced Bischoff as the special guest moderator in the debate segment between Jericho and Orange Cassidy on the August 5, 2020 episode of AEW Dynamite. The news was shared on the social media platform days before the episode.
Jericho stated AEW knows who it was and he will never be back to Dynamite.

As for Bischoff’s appearance in AEW, it was just that, a special appearance. As explained here in Ask WNC, there have been no discussions about Bischoff going to work for AEW in any other capacity. He is also on the record as to saying he has no interest in working on the company’s creative team and they are on a roll right now.
