According to a new report from talkSPORT, Charlotte Flair underwent successful surgery on Saturday, July 25, to fix a cosmetic issue from a previous operation.
The former Women’s Champion took to Twitter earlier this month to address her time off, noting that she picked an option that will likely fix the issue, but will require a longer recovery time.
Flair has been off TV since June 22 and is expected to be out of action for several months with a return date currently unknown. WWE is hopeful to have her back in action before the end of the year.
TalkSport‘s report also reiterates the rumors that Flair has a potential offer to work a scripted television show on a big network. There’s no word yet on what that show is or if the deal will come to fruition.
