Samoa Joe beat Cesaro and Cedric Alexander beat Sami Zayn in King of the Ring tournament matches on last night’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW.
Next week, the final first round matches on RAW will take place as Ricochet squares off against Drew McIntyre and The Miz faces Baron Corbin. Cedric will face the winner of Miz vs. Corbin, while Joe will face either Ricochet or McIntyre.
The SmackDown King of the Ring matches kick off tonight from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. WWE 24/7 Champion Elias will face Kevin Owens, while Apollo Crews will face Andrade. Next week, Ali vs. Buddy Murphy and Chad Gable vs. Shelton Benjamin are the King of the Ring matches for the blue brand.
