WWE NXT outdrew AEW Dynamite in viewership for the third week in a row.
NXT Great American Bash Night 2 did 759,000 viewers on the USA Network, which was down from the 792,000 viewers they did the week prior for Night 1. The show ranked No. 24 on the Cable Top 150 18-49 demographic list.
AEW Fyter Fest Night 2 did 715,000 viewers on TNT, which was down from the 748,000 viewers they did last week Night 1. The show ranked No. 7 on the Cable Top 150 18-49 demographic list.
While NXT won the viewership, Dynamite continues to win the key demo. Tony Khan even took to Twitter to tout their demo victory as the “ratings debate” continues.
Here’s the chart the industry uses to analyze performance. The leftmost color-coded column is 18-49 demo. The rightmost color-coded column is total viewers. The chart’s ranked by 18-49 viewers. We love & value all viewers, in or outside that demo, but that’s how we score the game pic.twitter.com/aipX0MDfjP
