At least one WWE veteran is set to make an appearance at Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
After appearing on last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Kane is scheduled to appear at the show on Sunday. As the rumor goes, he is slated as a surprise entrant in the men’s Royal Rumble match. Kane holds the record for the most eliminations in Royal Rumble history.
Kane, who is the current mayor of Knox County, TN, is no longer an active member of the WWE talent roster. He is expected to make another appearance for the company in February, perhaps at the show in Saudi Arabia. There have been rumors he is scheduled to face Bray Wyatt at that show but that has not been confirmed.
