While this probably won’t surprise anyone, Roman Reigns is expected to be featured heavily heading into Wrestlemania season. As we first reported yesterday, Reigns could be line for a WWE Universal Championship match at the show against Bray Wyatt. His current feud with “King” Baron Corbin is considered a placeholder.
Word going around WWE is that Reigns has gone on long enough without being overdone and that the backlash is currently on Seth Rollins, similar to what John Cena dealt with as the company’s top babyface.
Vince McMahon still sees Reigns as a “face of the company” type talent and he’s expected to be pushed like one in the coming months.
