Based on a report from Pat Laprade on Twitter, NXT star Matt Martel, one-half of Ever-Rise, is out of action with a concussion.
The injury occurred on Sept. 27th at an NXT house show. There’s no timetable for his return as of this writing.

Ever-Rise was featured on the Sept. 4th and Sept. 25th episodes of NXT in tag team matches against Breezango and Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch.
