Former WWE Superstar Gillberg was one of the highlights in the Attitude Era. He was a parody of WCW’s Goldberg character and has entertained fans for years. Now it seems he recently suffered a heart attack.
Duane Gill’s wife told James Ellsworth to inform fans of the news on social media. Gillberg and Ellsworth are actually close friends in real life. Ellsworth even wrestled him in his retirement match.
Ellsworth posted a video, where he revealed that Gill had a heart attack yesterday, but was said to be doing okay. He was out of the ICU and “he is doing well.”
He said that he hopes Gill will be back home by this weekend.
