Dominik Mysterio Might Have To Change Name

Dominik Mysterio previously mentioned that WWE plans on him wearing a mask and have his name changed Rey Mysterio registered a trademark for “Prince Mysterio,” but now it seems WWE has a copyright of their own.

According to a report by Heel By Nature, WWE registered multiple copyrights for Superstar names on October 13th. One of the trademarks included “Dominick,” which his not the way Dominik spells his name.

If WWE decides to make him drop the “Mysterio” from Dominik’s name, they could have him change his name’s spelling. Other trademarks which were registered on that day mostly came from the NXT UK brand. The names were:

Joseph Connors, Kenny Williams, Levi Muir, and NXT UK General Manager Johnny Saint.
