WWE Seemingly Dropped Tag Team’s Push

There are times in WWE when pushes for Superstars get dropped abruptly and sometimes there are reasons behind it.

Indus Sher were on the receiving end of a push in NXT. They teamed up with Malcolm Bivens, who is touted as one of the best promo workers in the Performance Center. Then they were absent from WWE television for a few weeks.

Rinku & Saurav were having a good run until Saurav posted a photo on social media, spoiling Keith Lee becoming a double champion in NXT. During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about the tag team. While he did not mention specifically Saurav’s mistake, he did say that their push has been stopped.

It was also noted that they “weren’t all that impressive,” but in “another era” they would have been far more successful.
