Melina is returning to WWE as she recently agreed to a new contract with the company, PWInsider hears.
There is no word as of press time whether she will be returning on Raw or SmackDown.
The company has been interested in bringing back the former WWE Women’s Champion and WWE Divas Champion since she worked the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble match. She was unavailable at the time due to a deal with the NWA but that deal has expired.
Melina, 41, first signed with WWE in 2004 and debuted in 2005. She was released in August 2011 and has been on the independent scene since. She appeared on the Raw Reunion show in July 2019.
