AEW Dynamite will be preempted this week on TNT due to the 2020 NBA Playoffs.
As we reported here on WrestlingNews.com, the network confirmed earlier this month a total of three episodes will be preempted. Those episodes include this Wednesday’s show, the August 26 episode and the September 16 episode.
Tony Khan revealed over the weekend on social media the September 16 show will be one hour followed by a two-hour show the next night.
“Yes. We’ll have a new 1 hour episode late Wednesday after NBA on September 16 + then we’ll have another new full 2 hour show on Thursday September 17,” Khan wrote.
The schedule for Dynamite is as follows:
- Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020 instead of Wednesday, Aug 19, 2020
- Thursday, Aug. 27, 2020 instead of Wednesday, Aug 26, 2020
- Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020
- AEW All Out on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020
- Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020
- Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020 – one hour late night after NBA
- Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020
Yes. We’ll have a new 1 hour episode late Wednesday after NBA on September 16 + then we’ll have another new full 2 hour show on Thursday September 17.
