Eric Bischoff is set to appear on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
The news was reported on Reddit by user SpaceForce1, who has provided spoilers from taped episodes of Dynamite in the past.
Bischoff is set to appear in a segment with Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy, apparently as the advertised special guest moderator in an announced debate segment.
Bischoff was last involved in mainstream professional wrestling as the Executive Director of WWE SmackDown. It was a position he held from June-October of last year.
Bischoff was hired to be the Executive Director of WWE SmackDown in June 2019, but was released from the job just a few months later on October 15.
As previously reported here at WrestlingNews.com, several items have been announced for next week’s Dynamite:
Matt Cardona will make his AEW in-ring debut when he teams with TNT Champion Cody to face Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds & John Silver.
A twelve-man tag team match will go down as The Young Bucks, FTR, Kenny Omega, and Hangman Page take on six members of The Dark Order including Brodie Lee and Colt Cabana.
After successfully teaming up together, Jon Moxley will put his AEW World Championship on the line against Darby Allin.
Additionally, Chris Jericho and Orange Cassidy will have a Super Wednesday Debate before they rematch in two weeks.
