It was reported over the weekend via Dave Meltzer that Shane McMahon had been off of WWE television lately because his storyline had essentially been forgotten. A new report by WrestlingInc.com disputes that report.
According to INC, Shane has been away from WWE due to jury duty near New York City.
There is no word on when McMahon is scheduled to complete his civic duty but his feud with Kevin Owens on SmackDown is expected to continue.
