AOP’s Rezar Reportedly Undergoes Shoulder Surgery

Dave Meltzer is reporting that Rezar of AOP has undergone surgery to repair a bicep injury.

The former Raw Tag Team Champion suffered the injury during the March 8th edition of Raw in an 8-man tag team main event.

There’s no word yet on how long Rezar will be out of action. His tag team partner, Akam, was out of action during 2019 with a leg injury.

Seth Rollins is expected to have Murphy in his corner for his WrestleMania 36 match against Kevin Owens, but it remains to be see how Akam will be booked going forward.
