Jon Moxley beat Juice Robinson to retain the IWGP US Championship during night two of Wrestle Kingdom 14.
The closing sequence saw the AEW star hit a double arm DDT and the Death Rider. After the match, Minoru Suzuki attacked him with a choke and the Gotch style piledriver. Suzuki got on the mic and challenged Moxley to a match for the title, likely setting up Mox’s next defense of the belt.
Moxley regained the title during night one of Wrestle Kingdom 14 after beating Lance Archer in a Texas Death Match via count out.
